Description:Here I used an existing grommet to penetrate the firewall. This runs inside the front quarterpanel, and exits right next to the battery. It is up underneath the drivers side, close to the clutch. This was an extremely difficult thing to do. My advice if you plan to use this, is to push the grommet into the wall, then pull it back through. Then, using fish tape and a second person, run the fishtape from the battery side, down the car, to this hole. You will need to shine a flashlight into the door jamb to find where the fishtape is, and grab it with your other hand. Definately not a simple procedure, but IMHO better than drilling a hole.
