pingI just picked up an Avocent DSR2035 KVM over IP device, and found that the serial pinout for the SETUP line is completely non-standard. Luckily, I had a weird Avocent rj45 dongle that came with one of my other devices, so on a lark, I plugged it into a Cisco-style reversed cable, and it worked. Pinout is:
